Today, Dr. Ibrahim Bangura participated in the civic laying-out ceremony for the late Comrade Hon. Ernest Dura Koroma, a former Member of Parliament representing Kambia District. The event took place at the Sierra Leone Parliament Building.
Comrade Hon. Ernest Dura Koroma was a dedicated patriot and loyal servant of the APC. Colleagues, party members, family, and national dignitaries gathered to honor him and pay their final respects. His legacy of service, discipline, and unwavering commitment to democratic ideals was remembered with great reverence and gratitude.
While signing the book of condolence, Dr. Bangura expressed his heartfelt condolences to the grieving family and the wider APC community.

The late comrade Hon. Ernest Dura Koroma is survived by his wife and six children.
